as I understand it at this point the Gaim and a few others simply had ships bought off the Centauri, Narn and Drazi - it could be worth doing a "minor powers list" and simply listing a few warships sold to these powers?

ISD's on gaim ships would suggest they had their own at this time :-(

however the brakiri fleet now has a purchased and modified narn hull in it . could use this approach for the Pak again.

the fluff does seem to say in the fleet book that they only had a few of their own ships that they kept at home? The Gaim that is

they are supposed to allegedly maybe have gaind ship tech from the failed narn invasion, so it wouldn't be unreasonable for them to have been able to purchase some centauri hulls, and repair some narn ones.
it does bg the question how they got AJP and flight computers when the people who introduced them to space flight don't have ajp for 40-50 years later...
