We all know that this ship is a liable to see use as a Kutai. (see I remembered the centauri!)
I have been working on a re-design, This ship IS an attack ship is it not, designed to hunt down and wipe out enemy ships. It's currently got no redeeming features over and above the Bin'Tak, or G'Vrahn, so it needs to be something different, a new type of cheese in fact. I am working on a slight re-imaging of this ship. I don't want to completely re-write it, so I am retaining all the basic stuff, ie crew, damage speed but changing the weapon loadout to make something different.
This is Draft one. I'm thinking it's a bit weak, as I stripped out the Light pulse cannons. I might add in some heavy pulse cannons instead. But note the Twin Linked main beam , the pulsar mines, and the increase in Ion torps for crit fishin. . . I don't want to create an uber ship, this should not be as good as the BinTak, but it SHOULD be a viable alternative. It stil suffers from haveing a G'Quans damage track..
