I was gone for two days and got back to find shattering news!
The three systems approach was a good thing for the license and I would have bought all them. I've been waiting for the MRQ version for years and, though I was unaware of its development, the Savaged version would have made a perfect companion to the Pinnacle's Solomon Kane book. I guess my dreams will be haunted by this leatherbound Conan MRQ for a while!
(...And it would have been a good thing to see this forum free from D20 despotism too! :wink
And the Atlases by Darlage would have been a must for every Conan fan around, going far beyond the narrow scope of the roleplaying community, having the potential to reach the MMO players, comics and movie fans as well as any REH fan around the world! I hope you'll find some way to publish them!
I trusted the people at Mongoose must as disappointed as we are, having put a huge amount of work in this project. I respect REH and his work as much as everyone here, but it seems the people at Conan Properties are real suckers...
I'll keep on supporting the line and the people at Mongoose whatever game engine they are using, as I did from the start. I'm an REH and Conan fan before being a (system X) blind fanboy and I want to thank again every one at Mongoose for the quality of their work.
Of course it wasn't perfect, as perfection is not a thing from this world, there was this map issue that was becoming like a recurring joke, the binding problems that happened a few years ago (that you guys handled magnificently! :wink

, the cut contents of the regional books and a few minor annoyances, but in overall, the Conan line has been so far among the best produced by any RPG company, even if, as every regular user of these boards knows, I'm far from being a huge fan of the munchkin system currently in use.
Thanks for all you guys.
By this Goose I rule!
