reason their selling it cheap is that very very soon SST-evo is launched and on that shelf will be a kit and a box of the same mini prebuilt and painted for possably the same price, shops and mongoose would rather shift these units than lett them gather dust, dont complain take advantage.

Wrong. The reason they are selling it cheap in the shops is it didnt sell for various reasons already discussed to death here. The retailer dosnt want to cut his profit and is not clearing the way for SST Evo, Hes trying to move product that dosnt sell and is taking up valuable shelf space. This loss of revenue means many will be hesistant about stocking deep on EVO with prior history and such until it proves itself to be a seller.

Actually the unpainted one would be cheaper. And there's also demand for those(which can be seen from MGP's decision to keep them around as well).

What you don't know is that we dropped the price to retailers some time ago. . .

I wish my local retailers would follow suit and lower their prices on the plastics. I would probably buy some if they did.
