As you may know i have been playing around with a more detailed version for special forces games, now maybe de-scale it for larger games with smaller units for mass battles
1 tank will be 1 tank
1 base of infantry is a squad, that sort of thing...
SO....
The question is what needs to be fixed for fast game play with the Evo system...
Infantry cannot roll dice for each man, so its 1d6 for a infantry stand, if you have a Mg and ready first then 2d6...?
What about Tanks and Toughness..?
Do we remove the toughness and failed armour save rules..?
I guess you do, so 1 hit kills without ot with armour that failed to save..
Your thoughts please, not alot needs to change, just dice for attacking, and toughness i think are the key ones...
After watching the Ebdwar trailer for the 360, this could be a great way to go, with 10-30 tanks a side, and planes flying over with airstikes etc..
Do please throw at my your ideas of the changes needed and i write them up...
