Armageddon Fleet Breakdown Question

Armageddon, Page 7;

"Note that if you split a Fleet Allocation Point into two, you may only split one of those down further."

So what happens when I split a War FAP into 3 Raid or 6 Skirmish FAP? Can one/half/all-but-one/none of those be subdivided further?

A timely ruling would be appreciated, as I'm playing a demo game, Early EA facing Minbos, tonight, 3 FA War PL.

Yes, if you split into 3 or 6, one point can be split further.

You could split one Raid point into 1 Skirmish & 2 Patrol, but there would be nowhere to split the Skirmish level to!
