Just wanted to apologise to anyone who has been having ordering problems via my website.

The 'internal server errors' which have been appearing have now been isolated and were due to (get this!) the service provider using a server which was too small!!!

To say I was less than amused by this explanation is an understatement!

The problem should disappear in a couple of weeks when they move to a new (larger) server.

One annoying consequence of this is that my stock tracking system on the webshop has gotten out of sync, so some items were shown as available when they weren't.

No need to worry, those orders which have been affected will still be fulfilled, it will just take a few days for me to get the stock in.

In the meantime, if anyone does want anything then either order online or email me and I can sort it out that way.

Hope this hasn't inconveniced anyone. Thanks for all the orders.
 
hi, i've got two orders with you i'm waiting on. first one for two Var'Nics and the Second for a G'Vrann, Z'Takk and some Frazi and Tyzmm flights.

did you get them ok?
 
Yep, got them ok, waiting for a couple of items.

Have to say I'm really sorry about this. Only consolation is that it has proven that screaming and shouting at service providers does seem to work!

I should hopefully be back on track orders wise by end of next week.
 
Well either you or Mongoose will be getting a big order from me soon I think.

had some problems with this in the beginning, but i think you received my order and the payment, too.
