For each issue of Captain's Log, we have been writing a Supplemental File. This had been growing and we were charging for them. However, with the expansion of Captain's Log from 120 pages to 144, we moved a lot of information into the main issue. That made the Supplemental File free again (unless you ordered a print version from ADB).
What matters for folks here is that you can see what is in the current issue of CL from the walk-through that SVC does. You can also read the "Called Down Notes" which are low-scoring or currently illegal tactics papers submitted for ACTASF.
