How about Blood of Heros?

I have a question. Is the Bardiche considered a Polearm? On the one hand, it's a blade on a pole. On the other hand, it has enough advantages already. What do you think?

I think the Maya in the movie Apocalypto are a good Western Hemisphere version of Picts. The people from the village are a good visual referance for "standard" Picts. The city dwellers are perfect Tlazitlan, IMO.

There's a Feat called Sneer in Hyboria's Fallen. It grants a +4 bonus to Will saves vs. Fear and Terror effects, and a +4 insight bonus to resist intimidation. I think the prereqisits are 10+ ranks in intimidate and 1 point of Corruption. MP

I'm writing up a Stygian Noble/Scholar. Does his bonus to Magic Attack rolls from his Noble class count as part of the base Magic Attack bonus, or as a completely separate modifier? The first case would let him meet spell prerequisits much sooner, but also seems too powerful. Is this how others...

With the inclusion of the revised Temptress in 2nd Ed., I think the game has all the classes it needs. I like how the Secret Art class feature lets the Temptress emulate the features of another class without multiclassing. MP

Hi, I haven't posted in months, it's good to be back. I just got my 2nd Ed. a few minutes ago. The covers are warped, and the binding is cheap. The lack of quality is surprising. The B&W is OK, and the content looks good, but the book itself won't last long. MP

I would go with the 3 "F" series books. The main reason is Feat selection. The 3 together give you about as many Feats as the Core Rulebook. The cultural info and new rules are also very useful. mp

Does your player want to multiclass into Barbarian later? If he has a Barb./Sold. build in mind, he may want to start with Barb at 1st lvl. to get the 8 extra skill points. Than take Soldier from 2nd lvl. on. mp
