well on the magic list is the zulfiqar

presumably they mean the zulfiqar 3

not to ugly a tank realy and not what you exspect from the middle east, very much like the M1A1.

so mongoose to save time why nor use the M1A2 hull and develop a new turret for it, may speed up concept to production time

funny thing is the Z3 is a concept but will be around for when the game is based. all it is, is a upgraded Z2 with more plates on it, probably no better armoured or anything just less components.

were gettin stuff for the pla and the brits that are only concepts.

point though, if the use the M1A2 body with a different turret, mongoose could maybe push the Z3 forward in production and make a few MEA players happy and make up for delay in the technicals.

so are they the same dimensions as the M1A1 as they used a few components from captured ones apparently when they designed it.

either way comment stand, ie the point of the thread. why not use the M1A2 body with a different turret to speed up design time. for mgp. and cut some costs.

There's no way that will happen Evil - the time taken in mass producing something would pass Wave 2 and possibly Wave 3 if started now, even if corners were cut as you suggested. And the whole point of BFE is that Matthew is trying to make the game as complete as possible, no matter the time taken.

My understanding is that the Zulfiqar is similar to the Korean K1 - in that draws much of its design from the US M1 but is a good bit smaller than the M1
