@ekwatts. Your GOMC1 guys are cool. I used to be really into the comics when I was young, and it is kind of neat seeing minies in that style.
@Lt.Derina. I like the war machine lady pulling the fingers. Is the giganto hammer she is hiding behind her back for when the person she is insulting takes offence?

just based my Thunderhead........ after 2 years
Last night I managed to build 2 whitestars, a whitestar carrier, "2 liandras, 1 bluestar and 8 whitestar fighters" and the victory.
NB the ones in the " " build means stick on a base.
I then manages to paint 2 whitestars, a whitestar carrier, 2 liandras, 1 bluestar and 8 whitestar fighters.
one whitestar had a blue basecoat, then spacewolf grey sort of wet brushed on, then a layer of blue ink, and two layers of 'ardcoat, very shiny blue fish look
the second whitestar was the same but with purple ink, didnt look as good as the blue ink but its still good.
the liandras were brazen brass then a dabbing of scorpian green and a dabbing of brazen again.
the bluestar was enchanted blue with blue ink then a coat of ardcoat.
the WSF were from a black undercoat, spacewolf grey then 4 had green ink, 3 purple ink and 1 blue ink, the green and purple look awesome but the blue isnt as good.
ran out of superglue and black spray so cudnt do anymore

i bought these when they first came out right enough, there was no boxsets at that time. if you wanted a unit of longgunners you had to buy the blister with the sergent and a trooper in it and another four blisters of troops! maybe they've put the Mech in a box with three gobbers in it? you couldn't do that when i bought them though.

Painted two Citi-Defs and my Ape mobster in Don Uggies original colours, from what I can remember. I tried to get the skin on the scaly mutant to look pale and washed out, but it ended up looking just like my usual human skintone!
Oh well. I have another bunch of Citi-Def to paint up (working up to a Citi-Def themed gang) and a whole lot more punks and juves.
