Trying to get the mottled hull effect, ended up using a sponge and dabbing alternate tones.

I don't think there's much detail to do on Vorlons, really - the CGI models were always a bit mottled and undetailed. End effect was Terracotta and Blood red dappled onto Gore Red, and Shadow Grey + Enchanted blue onto Regal Blue.

Since you can't really name Vorlon ships, I'm gonna try and differentiate mine by colour...

Just had to rebuild 3 new warwalkers and a wraithlord that a friend did a real hatchet job on - good thing I got them cheap!

Also had to semi-scratchbuild some weapons for them using greenstuff and the old waveserpent sprue, as he still hasn't dug out some of the ones which came with them.

Ouch. I hate buying second hand badly built stuff. Cos its all plastic from GW and they encourage the use of plastic glue, once its built, its buggered.
Only reason I hate GW, its mostly plastic, anyway, today I'll probably carry on with my Khadorans.
