What happened to Far Future's Fair Use Policy?

Good Morning, All:

I've noticed that the Fair Use policy that enabled me to publish the "Stellar Reaches" fanzine is now missing from the Far Future website. This could be a programming snafu, or it could be related to the upcoming release of the Traveller OGL. Can someone clarify that for me? Until I know what's going on in these regards, "Stellar Reaches" is in limbo due to its OTU content.
