The PLA and EU (Well Brits anyway!). Love the models for the PLA, even the wave 1 production models have me kinda excited. The Brit's.... well goes without saying for me.

Gotta say, Though I can paint much much better than the quality of these figures it's nice to not have to. I think I'll just repaint the flesh and possibly the webbing.

I'm going with the USMC (with as many tanks as I can get away with).

My son is still trying to decide between the PLA and the EFTF, and I'm sure I'll get some MEA so my wife will have an army that the two of us can shoot the hell up.

Definitely USMC for me. Will have to pick up a second army, depends on what the wife wants. I'd love to fight PLA, but she seems to enjoy playing EFTF so far.

You'll like the Leopard - our version has the new 140mm cannon they are proposing. And yes, you can tell it is bigger on the model

The MEA is going to be getting some 'standard' government forces, but there will be plenty of unusual units as well. Check out the Mirsad-1, coming this year, and the motorcycle units, where the pillion passenger is armed with an RPG.

Iwent with PLA and MEA i already have some 40 mujahedeen for afghanistan games and it would be stupid to stop collecting those, and the PLA just have the sweetest little IFV

PLA...i like the idea of more units on the board, even though they may not be quite as tough, and I love their IFV.

And seeing as though I may only have one friend collecting with me, who is most likely going to go with the EU, i'll probably also get the US Marines.

My main army will be PLA. I'd like to get a small basic USMC army, then a small MEA army over time.

I'll stop collecting the USMC army once I get a good base of 1000 points or so, something I can use for demos or when friends come around. It'll include a tank and two infantry squads, and perhaps 1 or 2 support or transports like Shadows.

The MEA look fun to play, and those technicals should be interesting. The infantry swarm army is unlike the other armies. Their fedayeen squad comes out the earliest, giving their infantry quite a bit of kick, and some much needed long range AT support.

MEA and EFTF. MEA cuz I like the "militia" look of any army (Orks in WH40K *drools*).

EFTF cuz they might get some swedish units, and cuz they have some serious high-tech stuff.
