Hello.

Does anyone think that the Vid Vulture's 'Smile, You’re On Tri-D!' ability(DotS p26) should be 3 times per game, rather than per turn? It seems a little too handy otherwise.

Not used one yet, so it's hard to tell how often the ability is used on average. Of course, as it is, he becomes a pretty sweet target for your rivals..

I almost always hire a Vid-Vulture to my Undercity Gang as soon as I can. The 3 re-rolls a turn work out a treat! Especially for useless Troggies. I don't think that it unbalances the game in that he still needs l.o.s. to whoever wants the re-roll. So, more often than not he ends up being fairly in the open to see the largest number of my guys. Which allows my opponent plenty of shots to put him down. The Vid-Vulture doesn't have the greatest stat bar so, it's a forgone conclusion that he'll get taken out of action at some point each game. Still, well worth the money, in my opinion.

Best Use: Film somthing that you can't kill. I'm partial to filming Heavy Bots for a couple actions and they usually move away so they can't be filmed for the final ready action. This usually pays for the Vid-Vulture...but let's not forget that Part Time Job! :twisted:
