The NEW ANGLIAN (NAC) ROYAL MARINES have several rider variants but they are designed for hover bikes that look like jetskis but you might be able to slap them on some other "toys" of close scale from your local superstore.

The plasticville airport sets pretty decent if I recall, even comes with some brightly coloured and near unusable planes which could be turned into some nice wreckages
