Updating Infernum to 4E rules- anyone interested?

Just to get it out in the open, this is in no way related to my other topic about melding Infernum and D&D; seeing as how the new edition of D&D/D20 ruleset is about to be released, I was wondering if anyone would interested in joining a project to upgrade the rules -and the rules alone- to 4E mechanics. I'm not talking about altering the fluff or anything like that, just updating the mechanics to the new edition of the 'core system'.

In my opinion, the 4E rules are such a mess that I think 3.5 will continue to at least be supported by the fans until 5E comes out.

I've been going through the 4E Player's Handbook, and it looks like everything has been dumbed down/simplified to the point where interesting options are no longer viable, and everything is about picking powers and rolling dice. I haven't read the 4E combat rules yet, but trying to create interesting 4E characters looks like it will be a challenge.

Thank you for your opinion. You are perfectly entitled to it, but I'm not interested in it.

I ask again: is anyone interested in joining me in this project? I just don't know enough about either edition (even though I have all three Infernum rulebooks and the 4E PH, MM and DMG) to be able to do this alone.
