Just purchased it. Perfect for a table handout for the game I am running this week at Origins.
Thanks so much, lordsith!
I'm honored it made it into your Origins kit—perfect timing! I designed it with handouts and convention/pickup games in mind, so hearing that it's getting live table use means a lot.

If you get a chance to share how it went afterward, I’d love to hear how the players responded. Hope your session goes smoothly and the dice treat you well!

PS- I just fixed a typo on the first page - if you re-download from DriveThru you should get the update free.

Update on the Traveller 2nd Edition Cheat Sheet Listing
We’re aware that the Traveller 2nd Edition Cheat Sheet has been temporarily delisted from DriveThruRPG following a publishing error during a routine update.
We’re actively working with DriveThruRPG’s tech support team to resolve the issue and get the product back online as soon as possible. The content is unaffected—this is just a catalog/publishing glitch.
Thank you for your patience and continued support. We’ll post another update as soon as it’s live again.
(still available from the CyborgPrime Shop tho)

🌍 By Request: Now Includes an A4 Version!

A big thank-you to our friends across the pond—the Traveller 2nd Edition Cheat Sheet now includes a version formatted for A4 paper, perfect for easier printing outside North America!

🇬🇧 Mongoose Traveller was born in the UK, after all—so it only makes sense to support fans in the Old World.

🖨️ Already purchased? Just re-download the product from your DriveThruRPG library to access both Letter and A4 versions.

I don’t have an A4 printer on hand, so if anything looks clipped or misaligned, please let me know—I’ll get it sorted!

Thanks again for helping Traveller players around the world jump into the game faster.

Just got back from Origins 2025 and the Quick Start Guide was a big hit with the my players. The event filled up within 30 minutes of going live and I had a waiting list for openings: I could have easily run another full session. The group was composed of a retired doctor who played CT back in the days and was looking to try MG2E, and a group of friends in their 40's who get together once a year at Origins to catch up and game (a common occurrence), all new to Traveller; one of them brought his 18 year-old son who had never played RPG's. They all had a great time. The Guides worked well, and saved me from spending a lot of time explaining basic game mechanics.
The scenario was designed to teach new players all the basics of Traveller. It began with ground combat and vehicles, moved to infiltration and hacking and more combat and finally and escape with space combat.
I had run the adventure last fall at our local convention, Con-On-the-Cob, to work out the bugs; which always helps.
The rest of my time at Origins was spent running FASA's original Renegade Legion: Centurion and Lou Zocchi's Starfleet Battle Manual (the original Star Trek miniature game), the 3rd edition which I designed and wrote for him.
All and all a good week.

Yay! I'm happy to hear that. I was afraid that although I simplified things, they might still be over newcomers' heads.
I'm so glad it helped out! Thanks again for your kind feedback!
