Even a stealth 5+ ship will be reduced to "anything but a 1" simply by Scouting, STF!, and getting within 8".

Yeah I realize that... it goes part way to balance the nerf but IMO the stealth change was OTT. Maybe -1 for within 4" and +1 at greater than 15" would be better.
