The _good_ news (other than the game's current popularity) is that this has caused us to re-evaluate our whole production and distribution network, especially in light of the plans we have for next year (see State of the Mongoose, coming soon to a forum near you), where we are expecting far higher demand across all our lines.

Any plans to include a little more secure packaging? All those little metal parts banging about together in the boxes has to contribute greatly to all the broken/mangled parts out there. I, for one, would be willing to accept a few pennys more for some foam, sure would save on having to wait for replacement broken parts.
