Just want to make sure I am reading this correctly. When creating a hero, the stat points have to go on two separate stats, rather than stacking them both on the same stat. That's how it seems to read to me.
As for talents, Can the first talent one chooses on creation of a hero act as the prerequisite for the second talent? I'm not sure there are any that could work that way currently but I'm sure that with new gangs and talents forthcoming this will be a valid question.
