Listed with a B class starport, B TL, and about 5,000 people who live in the single inhabited domed city. That’s a miss in my book, even though the stats are confirmed. But they make no sense, as the planet could only exist as an outpost supplied from another world with at least TL B capabilities, which are few and far between in this sub-sector. And if it's an outpost, why is it one, and who is supporting it? Or are the 5,000 people totally self-supporting and doing... what on this rock?
