Supression when in Buildings - question

A quick question please

If I am firing on a unit in a house and there are only 3 targets because only 3 are at the windows but I have enough suppression dice for the whole unit including the troops inside the house, is the whole unit suppressed? ie: the unit misses 1 action

Logic say yes as the volume of fire hitting the building woulld be enough to keep the whole units heads down and away from the firing points

Can you please confirm I have interpreted this correct

Should they also be moved from the windows so a)another unit cannot target them and b) their reaction would be to duck away from windows anyway

In the original BF:Evo, yes. If the total # of dice exceeded the total # of units, whether or not all units were in the firezone/LOS they were considered suppressed.

In the new W@W, I'm not sure. It's worded such that a strict interpretation could be no. But I'm not sure that was intended.
