In the starting equip. list, it says a Borderer can take any bow up to +2. Can anyone clarify this? I did not see any bows with bonuses listed in the equipment section.

They are not specifically listed in the equipment tables; the info is in a box somewhere.
Esentially, you can get any bow with any Str rating. Add 20sp (iirc) per +1 Str rating to the basic bow cost.

The +2 is a bow that will allow you to use the characters strength bonus rating up to a +2. Normal bows do not allow you to use your strength bonus.
