Mongoose could come up with their own SF setting, rather than try and fit some other authors' setting into Traveller.

Is anybody here or at Mongoose willing and able to come up with an original sf idea, complete with signature aliens, threat species, style and tech? Because I can think of a few original settings, sf, fantasy and horror.

They should revisit their old original settings, Armageddon 2089 is a particular favourite of mine.

New and fresh doesn't make it instantly marketable/profitable. They are a business after all. But pitch a good system and submit it to Flaming Cobra and who knows YOU could be the start of the next big thing. :wink:
