A Nemesis advanced destroyer? I've found a place on line that sells shadowfurys, but I haven't seen any of these ships for sale.

Coming in ACTA abit late, had the Sky Full of Stars boxed set since Origins a good few years ago but didn't realize there was a new edition until fairly recently. With things coming to an end I wanted to try and acquire a few things while they were still available.

Sadly I haven't seen one of these guys anywhere

Try the Online ship from Iron Wind Metals, last time i was there I thought to have seen that they still sell it.

Nope not on IWM site (under Psicorps OR EA).
Then again I've seen some odd ships labeled IWM that arent on the site (I just got a Victory in IWM packaging, and FRP lists Missle Hyperions as being available) so they might not be updating their site to match stocks (and probably losing sales that way- Id pay for Thorun Torp fighters even at 2 for $10 need a few at least)

The other option for a Nemesis is a conversion. Stick some Shadow bits on a Warlock.

Speaking of the Nemesis. I've seen some EA Crusade Era fleet boxes that are supposed to contain two nemesis vessels. Was the nemesis originally an EA ship and not Armageddon class?

Nemesis was originally in the EA Crusade fleet, however was Armegeddon class and you did get 2 in the fleet box.

If I remember correctly it first appeared in the "Armegeddon" rulebook for CTA

Gregg is absolutely right, a Warlock with a few Shadow spines is an easy and close substitute. In fact in some ways coould be viewed as an improvement v the original since its shadow spines are a bit on the subtle side

I emailed IWM and asked whether they would be selling them. They said probably not since what is there is what is good enough to cast.

I told them I would buy one if they wanted to cast it. Perhaps if others emailed them with their interest then IWM might cast a few.

With the production ending, I doubt they'd bother making new ones. Just my luck to discover the new edition when I can't find the ships.

Edit: NM forgot. France = euro now. SO like... 140$? Meh, still not bad considering IWM prices. Now to see what shipping would be.

Their prices are actually listed as "pièce d'or" or gold coins. But yes it's effectively euro.

That actually seems kinda high since most other sets were $100 (US) but I guess if you really want it....

Yea quite true, but at IWM prices its still a savings *shrugs* I priced out the same stuff (substituting the Nemesises for Warlocks) and its a total of like $170.00.

Okay just a quick blurb, managed to complete the transaction despite the language barrier. I must say, if you are looking for something not available anymore this might be a good place to check out. Staff is helpful and quick to respond.

Price wise by the time I factored in shipping it was only slightly more than it would have cost for getting the same models from IWM and I get the 2 nemesis class ships without having to do any converting.
