It can happen.

Generally it is 6 hours ahead of Central, but it can vary by an hour either way depending on BST/DST since the US and UK switch at different times.

I recently found out I can add UTC to the World Clock on my iPhone (for all I know it's been a feature for years, but I never thought about it until I was trying to figure out a log file and couldn't remember when daylight saving time had kicked in). Very handy - now I just have to figure out a way to put just that one time into 24 hour mode (or just switch them all, which is not hard).

Didn't know it was going to be a Kickstarter. Hopefully with stretchy goals???
