Sequel to "The Fiery Trial"

I'm sure this has been answered somewhere, but I can't find it in anywhere. Has the sequel to "The Fiery Trial" been published? If so, what is it called? If not, do we have a projected publication date yet?

It's not out yet. The look ahead for the Mongoose thread in the main forum mentions it as 'Into the Crucible', so I think that means it's due for the end of the year.
