you might want to have the "automatic" pruning of the the rulemaster forum out, give it some kind of protected status - there's a lot of old reference material here and will cause no ending of asking the same questions over and over again.
Maybe it would be advantageous to log each of the questions they come in. Some could be added to an appropriate FAQ if they are not redundant or too unique.
Mongoose could use this information to see what parts of their rules and books are confusing people. This might help increase the understanding of the rules as new supplements are printed worded in ways that the player base understands more readily.
