RQ2 do it yourself?

With no SRD for RQ2, I'm not clear what Mongoose policy is on allowing 3rd party and fan published material - both on websites and in print. I'm thinking about scenarios, NPCs, new spells, rule variants, and that sort of thing. Can somebody tell me what guidelines exist, if any?

As always I'd contact them directly but from a thread on the lack of SRD, but from this thread here:

Well, another benefit is that without an SRD, we can be far more flexible when it comes to fan publications.

With an SRD and logo licence, there have to be very fixed rules about what you can do. Without them, we can do a lot of handwaving - so long as no money is being taken and no outright copyright hammering is being done, just about anything can go as far as fans are concerned. It is a much easier situation for all concerned - you can have an entire sprawling web site dedicated to your area of Glorantha, if you wish. We won't shut you down.

You just can't make money from it

So if you want to charge money for a printed fanzine you'd better work out a license arrangement with them.

I was mostly just wondering why the MRQ wiki doesn't have anything up for MRQ2. I guess I should stop wondering and put something up.
