Replacment parts?

Hey all,
I picked up Romulan and Klingon fleet sets months ago and found the "Main" ships cast in flawed resin. I contacted someone from mongoose about replacement parts and they said no problem, after checking out pictures I sent of the casts. That was back on August 3rd. I sent another email on August 31st asking if there was an update on when they were shipped out and haven't heard back. Has anyone else had problems getting replacement ships?

Mongoose has usually been pretty fast about getting replacements out for me. I've had to ask for parts (nacelles, and radar dishes) 3 times. 2 of the times were within a week and the third time has been this past week so I'm still waiting for that. I've never had to ask for a full ship though so that might be different.

Sometimes it has taken a few reminders and sometimes the wrong replacements have shown up, but they have always pulled through.
