Questions about some RQ products

Mongoose
Does anyone have Expanded Professions by Phil Reed? If so, which new professions are covered?

I am considering purchasing Lankhmar. How well is Leiber's take on magic covered [I like RQ4's d100 and character creation, but don't like the rune magic system so much; really like Leiber.]

When will Land of the Samurai be released?

Thanks.

There are 51 professions, unless I've miscounted. All have a simple table with background, Basic Skills and Advanced Skills. Then three professions are covered on each page with a short description, a Bonus for the profession and the backgrounds and skills repeated again. It's pretty good and well worth having.

New Professions are Apprentice, Armourer, Assassin, Bodyguard, Brute, Con Artist, Conscript, Executioner, Follower, Gladiator, Graverobber, Highwayman, Labourer, Leech, Scout, Sorcerer and Vagabond.

Lankhmar's magic has no relation with Runic Magic. It is a variant of RQ Companion's Sorcery (see Companion SRD for more details) which focuses heavily on magical skills.

The main difference between Lankhmar magic and standard sorcery is that someone using black magic may suffer physical and mental backlashes. I'm also not very fond of the spells in Lankhmar, which lack the "general skill" mood of Sorcery spells.

Thanks for the responses. I guess I'll judge Lanhkmar for myself because it's on its way. I really like Fritz Leiber's writing and RQ is a sight better than d20 [and I'm a bit miffed about 4th ed D&D] so I ordered it from amazon. Now, if I can just convince local gamers to put down their d20s and grab their d10s.... RQ will continue to do well as long as Mongoose supports a variety of settings. I've preordered Land of the Samurai directly. It seems that every time a really decent non-wotc product comes out, it goes out of print almost instantly a la BESM 3rd edition.
