IS Paranoia XP a reprint of the original rules? or is it D20. i seem to get conflicting answers around here.

Neither. PARANOIA XP offers the classic elements of the original 1st and 2nd edition game updated for a new century with a completely new character generation and rules system. The game uses a 20-sided die, but isn't a D20 system.
