Question About Free RPG Day Mission

We just got our Free RPG Day stuff at the comic-book/game store where I work. I've volunteered myself to run the Paranoia mission on the day of the event. This'll be my first time running Paranoia.

This evening I've been reading through the booklet, and I have a question about what appears to be a typo or editing mistake.

(STOP READING IF YOU'RE PLANNING ON PLAYING THIS MISSION)

On page 15, under the heading "Surprise Loyalty Test!" it says "She hands each of the Troubleshooters a loyalty test (see page XX)"

I've flipped through the booklet and can't find anything about a loyalty test anywhere else. Did the author/editor just forget to add it? Any errata on this?

Here's the text from the original manuscript. Good luck with the mission!

Code:
ALPHA COMPLEX LOYALTY TEST #43
INTSEC/5344/3123/C/4/F, REVISED 01/211

NAME: CLEARANCE: IR R O Y G B I V UV HOME SECTOR CLONE:

Please answer all questions.
1. Are you a traitor? YES NO
2. Would you consider yourself
LESS LOYAL than most citizens (see 2a)
AS LOYAL as most citizens (see 2b)
MORE LOYAL than most citizens (see 2c)
2a. Explain how you are less loyal than the average citizen.

2b. The Computer has placed extra trust in you by making you a Troubleshooter. Are you saying that The Computer was mistaken?

2c. Do you regularly suffer from other delusions, such as hallucinations, voices, a feeling of ‘specialness’?

3. How much Bouncy Bubble Beverage do you consume on an average mission?

4. Hypothetical situation: A Commie Mutant Traitor holds a gun to your head and demands you commit some minor, essentially harmless act of treason – say, spray-painting traitorous messages on a corridor wall. He will shoot you if you do not comply. What do you do? (Select one)
[ ] I commit the treasonous act on the grounds that I am a more valuable asset to Alpha Complex and that my life is worth more than a bit of graffiti.
[ ] I commit the treasonous act, but I intend to report the Commie Mutant Traitor at the earliest opportunity. Really, I do.
[ ] I refuse, and get shot.
[ ] I refuse, but I don’t get shot. (Explain why.)

5. Hypothetical situation: In a Troubleshooter team, the Comms & Recording Officer fails to record a key piece of evidence because he is too slow to wipe some blood off the lens. Who is at fault?
[ ] The Comms & Recording Officer, for not doing his job
[ ] The Hygiene Officer, for failing to remove the blood
[ ] The Equipment Officer, for failing to confirm the proper use of a lens cap
[ ] The Happiness Officer, for not ensuring that the C&R Officer was motivated to move quickly and efficiently.
[ ] The Loyalty Officer, for failing to note the team’s failings.
[ ] The Team Leader, because he is ultimately responsible for everything.

6. CPU estimates that there are 2.6744 traitors in the average 6-man Troubleshooter team. Who do you think the traitors are in your team?

1:

2:

.6744:

7. Tie-Breaker: I would ___________________________ for Alpha Complex and My Friend, The Computer! Indeed, if he asked, I would _________________ my _______________ and put ________________ in the _________________!

I'm planning on running the Free RPG Day mission as well and I'm mostly finished with transferring the characters from the mission into a .pdf (a more player-friendly format). If you'd like a copy when I'm done, just let me know!
