Psi corp, Black projects, life the universe and everything

So, after Clark was over thrown the people responsible for his black projects would have done a runner.

Then after that the psi corp losses its war so they ran off too.

1) Was it the case that the psi corp remnants and the mundane black op people formed an alliance of convenience? Are they allies of equal standing or are the renegade mundanes slaves to their psi corp masters?

2) In order to build the shadow hunters and the Nemesis destroyers they would need a significant piece of real-estate away from prying eyes. Where is this place?

3) I doubt the telepaths would help build these fleets so a large "mundane" workforce is required. I doubt that enough of the black project guys got away to help. So there lies the question of recruitment. Where did they get such a large workforce?

4) The telepaths and blackops people would need to procreate (i.e. need women so telepathic children and mundane children are created). Where do they get there women from? They would have to be kidnapped right because what law abiding human woman would agree to just disappear from her family and friends to become a baby making machine in hyperspace or where ever the clack ops/telepaths are hiding!

5) How do the Psi corp crew the positions on their space ships (Nemesis) required for them to be fully functional? Again it’s not like they could run a recruitment campaign!

6) Where would the families of said psi corp and black ops people live undetected?

I would be grateful for any answers since I can’t sleep at night without knowing the truth!

Gideon and the crew of the Excalibur find one such base in the unfilmed Crusade scripts, the guy in charge mentions that there are half a dozen secret research facilities.

The black project stuff is still done under the auspices of EarthForce. Plus they have Shadow peons.

Why? This is only in the 5 years after the end of the Babylon 5 series.

Black Ops ships are likely crewed by EarthForce personnel. Psi Corps ships are crewed by the remnants of Psi Corps that did not integrate with society under the new telepathic organisation.

Remember, the direction of the Crusade TV series was going to change away from the Drakh plague and towards rooting out Shadow technology from Earth.

Um... that's making a huge assumption that the black ops and psy corps people were all men. I mean... There would be plenty of women involved too who are just as up to their armpits in black ops dirty work and plenty of psy corps lassies about also. If you're talking about exponentially increasing their population via a non natural style, then abducting women to act as incubators to create masses of new warriors is a possibility but then you're faced with the problem of who is going to raise all those black ops and psyker brats? If population is enough of a problem as it is, then you're asking for trouble to create the logistical nightmare of not only abducting people to be forced into it, but then the even bigger problem of trying to raise the kids.

Not only that, but even if they did need people to make babies, they'd have no problem with it. Remember in Season 2 how the rogue telepaths were talking to Talia? one of them was unwillingly impregnated.

They wouldn't need to live undetected. They could have homes on Earth, and working on it would be a job. Plus, they could just make a colony on some moon, put people on ships (ie the Psicorps Mothership, previously civilian transports, etc.)

Wasn't the Psicorps in control for the entire duration of Babylon 5? The Psicorps superiors practically ran Earth.
