question- does the extra +1 per 3 points over 20 on the check apply to the attack bonus?

Your hunting prowess is exceptional.
Prerequisites: Body Paint Focus, Craft (body Paint) 8
ranks, must be Pictish.
Benefit: You gain a +1 circumstance bonus to attack rolls,
damage and Move Silently checks versus Animals and
Monstrous Humanoids plus an additional +1 for every
five points that you exceed the Craft (body Paint) DC.
The Craft DC to add this feat to a Body Paint style is
increased by 5.

Question- does this feat apply to human foes?

War face question: No, unless it seems more fun the other way.

Face of the Panther: No, unless it seems more fun the other way.

In other words, no, they were not written with either of those intents, but if the GM thinks it would be more fun to allow it, go for it!

In one D20 Setting, I think it was Dragnonlance, the body paint of a certain race gave them magic-like abilities. That would be cool with Conan, but it would have to be minor... I believe it gave them more hitpoints and bonuses to certain nature based skills, hide, etc.... They were the ones that could make it, and it was hard to make. Once so much damage was taken, it wore off..
