Paranoia Card Game, 2nd Edition - What changes?

Saw this in Game Trade Magazine this weekend.

Like the title says, what changes will there be? ANd will there be an update download available for 1st edition owners?

This project has been put on hold - one of the conditions for its release was that it appear at Gen Con and, with the best will in the world, that wasn't going to happen.

Stay tuned though, as this is very much a project we want to bring out into the light of day!
