I would think the Setting from Shadowrun would work on at least one World.

I've used Shadowrun stuff a lot, especially on Neumann and Tech World.
I have always planned on using a Cyberpunk setting with 2300AD. Expand on the old Earth/Cybertech Sourcebook and make for a good reason to want to move to the outworld colonies.
Cyberpunk is as much a tone as it is a setting. Even without bionics or VR, you can still do it pretty easily with regular tech and attitude.
Blade Runner has no netrunners or street samurai, just androids and noir, but it's one of the most cyberpunk things ever made. Heck, you could run it without even needing the Robot Handbook - replicants are for all intents and purposes humans. Corporate hell and constant rain among flickering neon need no special rules.

Yep, GURPS Space is a great example of how to be influenced by something without simply copying it.
