I have been giving thought to range band based vehicle combat, and how it doesn't fit very well with a cluttered environment such as a city.... so below are a set of optional rules for generating city streets and hazards on the fly, the final page addresses the fact that in such a chase any missed shot is going to hit something and might destroy it.
