So let's say I have a riot judge with foam and my opponent has a large robot with a hammer and very little agility but very high armor.
1. If I hit with with foam (the robot rolls a 1 on agility), does it get an armor save? If so, does the foam not slow it down?
2. Regardless of the first question, if the robot fails all rolls (if more than one) and is stuck in the foam, can it be shot at without setting it free? Can a judge use execution, hi-ex, ap rounds to injure it and possibly penetrate its armor while it is stuck in the foam, or would that constitute cutting it free somehow? In other words, can you immobilize it in the foam then shoot it from a safe distance?
3. This may be answered in question 2, but if there are judges that put a robot (or perp) in riot foam, and an East Meg judge with a flame thrower, can the East meg judge set them on fire while they are in the foam? If so, will 2 agility checks need to be made (1 to escape the foam and 1 to put out the fire)?
