It's looking good. On the improvements front:
I find the way you've done hit locations a bit confusing, it would be good to have the various attributes aligned with the most relevant characteristics and putting a skill column in the weapon stats doesn't work that well because some weapons may have different skills depending on the combat style they are being used with.

I've just updated the link on the first post of the thread to the new version. Starting to feel happier with this now.
Regarding the Hit Location chart I left the figure the way it is as some of my players suggested they could use it as a basis for a portrait if it didn't have the text over it.

Very nice. It has an oldschool RQ feel to it.
Couple of changes.
* I've added a myths block to the cults section on page 2
* I've layed out the hit location chart slightly differently. Both arms are now at the top and I've swapped everything left/right so that the labels match the sides of the body in the diagram. This is the reverse of the official character sheet but makes more sense to me, especially if you start to draw weapons and armour on the figure
* Boxes around Hero Points, Current Magic Points, Current Strike Rank and Armour Penalty are now bolder
