New books to come?

Ulkesh

Mongoose
Yeah I know I posted a similar thread like this a while back but I think thats disappeared somewhere in the forum.

Anyway, after IPX, Lurkers Guide to Telepaths and Pak'mara, LotR and Rim plus Thirdspace coming out; what else will come in the future? Anymore League books out or maybe even an Orieni sourcebook or one that covers the War of the Ancients like Agents of Gaming had? Or maybe even something that covers the new B5 Lost Tales stuff? What new Mongoose B5 RPG books can we expect?

Shadows: "What do you want?"
Vorlons: "Who are you?"
Lorien: "Where are you going?"
Technomages: "Whom do you serve?"

Galen: "Who do you trust?"

Bry was doing something on the First Ones I heard on the GrapeVine

Interesting, thanks for that :D I have the Darkness and Light book which I quite liked but the various mentions of the other First Ones got me so intrigued.

I seem to remember mention of a Dilgar book earlier this year, I hope that happens...I'd like to see comprehensive coverage of the Dilgar War as I'd like to run a GROPOS campaign in the future.

Matt has also stated elsewhere that all of Mongooses main settings will get an adventure campaign once a year, looking forward to that.

Dilgar would be interesting. Imagine playing as one of them? I mean you are a ruthless monster whose people make bio-genetic plagues to kill other races and your species is facing extinction because of a supernova that will happen around your homeworld... bummer...

Hi guys,

Coming this year, we still have The Rim (available now by direct mail order). Thirdspace and the Lurker's Guide to Spaceports, to name a few.

I remember a while back that there was mention of a possible Gaim sourcebook, is that still planned? Or I might have actually made that up, not sure now  but if that is indeed the case, will there be sourcebooks on the other League races as well?

I would second a call for a Gaim sourcebook. They're freaky bug people and I for one would love to know more. And frankly, race books in general would be pretty interesting. Fleshing out other species in books like the Pak'ma'ra would be pretty cool.

Ulkesh, The Ragged Edge has a scenario centered on the Gaim and while it doesn't have an in depth discussion of them, it does have quite a bit of information on both biology and recent history. If you're looking for Gaim info (and not just pushing for League books) you might want to check it out.

Greg Things change like all the other races did in second edition

I know, but an update of the stats would be better than a new book reiterating the same information. Although all of the ACTA ships could be included in a new supplement.

Cool thanks :) somewhat pushing for other League books as well mind you :D heh.

And come to think of it, Bounty Hunter has no Gaim info in it (that I saw, did I miss something SQ?), but I think Heroes and Aliens does. It's just a page-long treatment similar to all the other minor races, but I do think it's in there.

Gaim Stalker page 18 Bounty hunters

Interesting, at first I wasnt interested i getting the Bounty Hunter page but that intrigues me. Does the book cover multiple races? If so, which ones?

One word answer???: Any can be a bounty hunter bar Minbari

So each of the major races and some of the League ones get a specific bounty hunter class and name? So, minus Minbari as you said, does that mean there are Human, Narn, Centauri, Gaim, Abbai, Brakiri, Drazi and Vree Bounty Hunters types only mentioned? I know you said anyone can be one but just clarifying if there are other classes like this Gaim Stalker you mentioned :)

*puts book on the want list*
