New Beltstrike Setting also Spinward Marches? When?

I noticed the new "campaign" book "Beltstrike" announced by Mongoose coming in June. The old Beltstrike was in the Spinward Marches if I recall right. This new Beltstrike speaks of the "Pentad Coalition", which is not familiar to me. Is the new Mong Beltstrike going to be set in the Spinward Marches? Just before the 5th Frontier War?

If I understand it correctly, the Beltstrike campaign will be setting generic - meaning it can be used as part of the (OTU) Spinward Marches campaign, or not as each group chooses.
