My new Centauri Liati design -Pics-

i have a new design for the centauri whitestar-killer. i´d never had liked the ugly original design :twisted:

not woundering about the curent colour...it is still the base colour.
i want to send some better pics but my good, old camera is still broken...
what do you mean about this design... :?:

(EDIT: Main hull is a modified Sulust and you've added some turrets? and a Haven patrol boat on top?)

and yes...exactly. the entire ship is a modified sulust and a haven and some resign parts for the engines. simple...but very nice, I mean. 8)

The Sulust is my favorite Centauri design. This is a great extension of that. Well done. I'd take it over the (CENSORED) that is the Liati.

Looks a little meaner than the current one.
Hopefully the eventually do a remake of the Liati, something that looks a bit bird of prey look, possibly like the Dargan Vorchan cross.
Could be like a Dargan Hull with Twin Vorchan Tails on it but not quite as big. Lose the Bridge tower off it.

My Fav Centauri ships by look go as following 1st to last.
Dargan (would use in game if it had interceptors)
Vorchan (would use if was SAP not AP )
Sulust (always use )
Kutai (needs way better stats to use )
Corvan (Compliments Centauri fleets excellently)
Octurion (For bigger game it's a must)

Really do hope Mongoose do remake the Centauri Armagedon models, I might buy them then otherwise no chance. Adira just too big, Liati too stupid.

Hmm same here. i thought it was just my browser. Tbh i hate pretty much every model in the armageddon book so any coversion work to get around this is good.

Not sure about the turret on top at the tip (makes the nose a little too bulky imho) but that aside its pretty sweet.

It's certainly a billion times better than the awful flying.... ahem.... Liati

I see them now. Quite nice, but that isn't a Haven on top of the model, unless they've radically changed the Haven since I looked last...

Yes. It does, now look CLOSELY at Urobachs model. Its a haven with the wings chopped off and the top wing bits of the sullust glued on.
