You can print it out and put it in the back of your copy, or keep with the pdf version.

Scribd seems to convert PDF to html-a-like when you upload it, which works fine in some browsers and not others.

I've now posted the PDF and an alphabetically sorted text version on my new Legend fan site.

Yeah, that's true. When I get around to it, I will do another version.

The new index is now available at http://www.asayami.info/Legend/Downloads/index.html.

This one is a little bit more page hungry, needing 4 actual pages to print it out. On the plus side, I've now included the monsters sorted by both category and alphabetically, and included the book as well as page number for future expansion as more books are put out.

I take that that the revised MoL still didn't get Elementals in there. I'll need to put them in the appendix of the Age of Treason Companion, unless they are made freely available in the meantime.
