Minbari in full bloo bloom

Painted this suckers, had to show someone. By the way, I'm never putting another Sharlin together again. Needed 6 pins per ship to keep the suckers together. Way too much drilling.

With the fighters, I think I should have done more on stocks. They look much cooler.

Nice job. Mine are darker but I used heavy ink washes on them before dry brushing. Nice start on the Minbari fleet..(oh yes, you'll do a couple more Sharlin)

This is an old shot of my Minbari. I use ink washes followd up with dry brushing. The fleet is about three times this size now... (nothing says love, like six Sharlin) ;0

Boy, if I wanted to get nagged I'd get married! Sure thing, as soon as I finish off these ebay shots I'll drag out the fleet, what I have here anyway and shoot em up. Good thing you don't want to see my Centauri... they fill four boxes, not one!

Oooooook. So, here is most of the fleet. Two Sharlin and three stands of Tishats are at my local gaming store as part of my B5 ACTA display (with B5 station, freighter, passenger transport, Victory class destroyer, an Omega and a couple of Starfury stands) As you can see, this fleet, as with most of my fleets, is in a state of transition. There are several different paint schemes in use here. I am in the process of "upgrading" the paint jobs, especially with the smaller ships and the Nials.

Thanks.No, just think "tropical fish". They paint easily enough, some are just a bitch to assemble. As you can see, I have some forward antenna to replace on the Sharlin. As with any sort of modeling, any small detail makes the whole look better.
