Pandormonium
Mongoose
So, I sat down at the table the other night with some friends that introduce me to Lone Wolf. While I find the setting interesting, I am having problems figuring out a few things about what does what, as a combination of lack of information on the subject and poor wording has me confused, so I am here asking for better clarifications.
I have chosen Vakeros Knight from MoM, as they seem closest to some fo the DnD style classes I play: Spell Blade, Dragon Shaman, etc.
I have run across 2 things for the Vakeros Knights that are condusing.
1: The Specialist Ability for the Daernath Collage path. While I understand the damage, and the rest of the damages are easy enough to understand, more often then not, sonic and force damage spells come with secondary abilities, deafen and knockback respectively. I have found no rulings for either the MoM or the Core Book. While it is understandable how the rest of the damage types in the ability do not have secondary effects, I need to know if this is more of a DM ruling or is there something official to what base Force and/or Sonic damage is handled within LW?
2: the Power Grip Spell, from the same college as mentioned above, states that the damage is electrical and that incorperal creatures loose their miss penalties against this spell. The way it is worded in MoM makes it easy to assume that ALL incorperal creatures (ghosts, etc) loose their penalties vs. electrical effects. The spell is already stated as to be lightening in origion, so to tell the damage type seems redundent. Does Magical Electrical effects have reign over incorperal, more-so then say magical fire or magical acid?
