EP, reaverman, and anyone else, can we stop turning every thread with you 2 involved into a slanging match between the 2 of you. please........

No you are right, it's puerile of us both. I'll behave, and I am sure EP will as well

puerile of you Standing up for myself isn't puerile. You stop posting immature replies and you won't hear a peep out of me
You just can't let it lie can you? Reaverman's trying to make a truce here and you throw it back in his face.

Incidently more and more we hear about this the more I like the sound of it...

Hopefully this one will work out good. Can't wait for the release(whenever that was...Me and my memory :-)

When is it set? Do we know? Pre-Liberation of Centauri Prime sounds likely.
Looking forward to seeing if there will be any new Centauri ships! :D

So one of you lets it go and "tag" the other starts?
No I was rolling my eyes because you are starting up with the attitude again, after Reaverman tried to make a truce. I edited my post to explain a bit more verbosely, but you replied too soon.

You don't seem able to let it go. Reaverman's unprovoked hounding caused it in the first place. He won't get a thanks from me for dropping something he never should have started.

10 year aniversity(spelling?) of the Alliance so would be around 2271 or thereabout. Since Liberation happened around 2278 definetly before.

I think they should do a TV series set during the Shadow War...maybe the beginnings of Valen, and leading up to the Shadow War.

That would be cool... there was a prototype Tinashi in the series wasn't there? One of the War Without End's?

Didn't JMS fall out with Michael O'Hare though?

Anyone know if that was true or not?

Well he did leave after series 1, but came back for WWE parts 1 and 2. So they must've made up again. Unless it was just contractual obligation!

Fall out?

They departed after S1 in friendly terms as far as I know. I doubt O'Hare would have come for 3 episodes(albeit very briefly in 1) if there had been major schism between them.

Assuming you can trust JMS it was story purpose why commander was changed. Too much for 1 character to have personal issue on both Minbari war(the 24 hours which was becoming too overbearing) and Shadows(Sheridan's wife as it turns out. Wonder what this would have been with Sinclair? Sakai being captured by shadows and put into ship?).

I have heard no RELIABLE information that there would have been problems between them...Just speculations from that time by B5 fans and that's it.

The story I heard (second hand from the ed of SFX) was that Jerry Doyle and Michael O'Hare got into a fight (note you don't see them together in WWE)
That said I don't trust the guy who told me.....

From JMS's usenet posts:

Today was a very interesting day; today Michael O'Hare returned to the Babylon 5 stages in preparation for shooting the two-parter, which begins tomorrow. Today he came by for his wardrobe fitting and to get his hair trimmed, say hi to folks, and hang out...lunch was me, John Copeland, Michael and Bruce Boxleitner eating together at one of the tables in the lunch area behind the stage, lots of laughing and kidding, and the two get on great.

Assuming he's not lying through his teeth to give a good press image, it sounds like they were getting on fine.

As for Jerry Doyle, well if JMS put them in a scene together, they'd be in a scene together. Professional actors don't ignore the script and director, just because they don't get on! Them not being in a scene together is no proof that they had a fight.
