Once you upgrade a Street Judge's equipment to a widow maker how do you re-add the lawgiver back to the model so that it can be equipped with both weapons.

Can Judges buy extra equipment like med packs that they aren't originally offered in their rosters?

Talents:
Medic - Can the Hero who has this ability use this ability multiple times per post game sequence (aka multiple heroes take stat hits)? Does this Hero have the ability to retroactivly "fix" stat decreases from previous games (in the event that no injuries are sustained during the current game)?

Short answer, you don't. You have to choose one or the other.

Can Judges buy extra equipment like med packs that they aren't originally offered in their rosters?

No, only heroes or minions that have something like "May be purchased up to X Credits of weapons, armour and equipment" get this kind of choice.

No, the talent description specifically says "Between battles, the Hero can automatically heal one injury".

I don't think so, but I'm not sure on this front.

In a similar vein (and I'm assuming this is good), if a Hero suffers a stat loss as a result of an injury, does that limit your Max Cap or can you increase it again when leveling up, assuming you're not already at the cap?

No to fixing 'old' injuries, and no, injuries do not affect max. caps.
