Anyone who works in retail ends up doing unpaid work. I used to put in about 4-5 hours a week unpaid when I was selling phones, and it sure as hell wasnt doing something as enjoyable as painting miniatures
Exploiting workers and customers is the nature of the beast!
The main irritation for me is that according to "official policy" thats against company regs.
